When you request a conversion review we collect your name, email address, store address, the areas you want to improve and anything you choose to add in the details box. Our server also records the date of your request and, briefly, your IP address to protect the form from abuse.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your request and, if you go ahead, to discuss and deliver the work. We do not sell your information or add you to a mailing list.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored in our website database and sent to our team by email so we can reply. These services are provided by hosting and email providers acting on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting work, and delete enquiries that don't lead to a project when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@weborx.com. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.

This website does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this notice first.
